Agent dashboard is a platform where you can see the performance of all the agents you are working with. They are provided with a platform through which they can upload leads onto the system and you can see and track them from this dashboard regularly. Let's see how this agent dashboard functions:
1) Navigate to Dashboards > Agent dashboard from the left side panel.
2) Lead-to-application count: The first graph on the page gives you an overview of the leads and applications brought into the system by all the agents. You may choose to filter the data as per your required date range or with a specific Agent name. You may also download the data in CSV or PDF format.
a) Total Leads: This gives you a count of the total leads uploaded by each of the agents into the system.
b) Successful Leads: The leads are considered successful if on uploading the lead, the lead received an OTP on their number.
c) Unsuccessful leads: If on uploading the lead, they did not receive the OTP it will be considered as an unsuccessful lead.
d) Genuine Leads: The agent gets a maximum span of 10 days to get the lead OTP verified. If the leads are OTP verified they are referred to as genuine leads.
e) Application Started: This gives you a count of the successful leads and how many have started the application form.
f) Application Submitted: This gives you a count of the successful leads and how many have submitted the application form.
3) Download Document: Any document uploaded by the agent is visible here and can be downloaded.
4) Lead and Application Summary: This gives you a numerical overview of the leads and applications against each agent. You can also check the count of emails and SMS sent to these leads. You may filter the data date-wise from the top right corner of the block.
