How to Navigate?
We will learn the following:
- Deleting a Single Application
- Deleting Multiple Applications
To begin with, you can just navigate to the View Applications section under Lead Manager.
Scenario 1: Deleting Single Application
Step 1: Click on the Action Button
Step 2: Type ‘Delete 1 Record’ to confirm exactly as shown in red and press Delete.
Step 3: You will get a dialogue box confirming that you want to delete this Application. Click on Yes to confirm.
Result: Your selected Application will now be deleted from the system.
Scenario 2: Deleting Multiple Applications
Step 1: Select the number of Applications you want to delete.
Step 2: Click on the Action button on the top right and select Delete.
Step 3: Type ‘Delete x Records’ to confirm exactly as shown in red and press Delete.
Note: ‘x’ is the number of Applications you want to delete.
Step 3: You will get a dialogue box confirming that you want to delete these Applications . Click on Yes to confirm.
Result: Your selected Applications will now be deleted from the system.
This is how easy it is to delete any unwanted Applications from our systems.
Note: You cannot Copy and Paste the ‘Delete x Records’ command. It has to be manually entered.
