LEAD FLOW AND QUALITY CONTROL
This feature allows you to have an overview of your lead inflow, quality and quantity of your leads. By doing a few configurations at your end, you can have a holistic view of the leads provided by the Publishers.
There are three types of flow:
Unlimited Flow : This allows a Publisher or Agency to push as many leads as possible in a day. This may cause Lead dumping, hence it is advisable to set dynamic lead flow algorithm or static lead flow.
Static Lead Flow : It allows maximum number of leads that can be provided by a publisher or an agency in a day
Dynamic Lead Flow : It helps you maintain the quality of leads. Good quality leads are rewarded whereas bad quality leads are penalized by increasing or decreasing the maximum number of leads allowed to enter the system.
FEATURES OF LEAD FLOW
Lead Flow Logs : This feature gives you an insight of your lead flow by selecting the specific date range.
CAMPAIGN DURATION
SETTING CAMPAIGN DURATION: This feature allows to set the time duration during which leads can be accepted in the system.
LEAD PARAMETERS
Setting Mandatory Lead Parameters: This field gives you the ability to keep any of the fields mandatory for the Publisher/Lead agency to send values. If these values will not be passed, then the leads will not be captured. By default, mobile numbers and email are mandatory.
