Introduction
We’re excited to announce that application fields are now available in Report Builder! This powerful upgrade allows users to build reports using system and dynamic fields from applications, offering deeper insights into student progress, conversions, and operations.
Whether you're using a comprehensive application form or operating with an Only CRM setup, you can now access, add, and analyze your form-level data directly from Report Builder. This enhancement brings flexibility, better tracking, and smarter decision-making right to your reports.
What’s New
You can now include the following in your reports:
- System fields like Application Mode, Payment Status, Application Stage, and more.
- Dynamic fields such as custom textboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons, emails, mobile numbers, dates, uploads, etc.
- Hidden or disabled fields from application forms.
- Application fields for both Comprehensive and CRM-only accounts.
Prerequisites
Before you start:
- Ensure you have access to Report Builder.
- Application forms and their data should already be created or submitted by students.
- For CRM-only users, ensure you’ve configured your form under Manage Registration Fields > Application Tab.
How to Add Application Fields to Report Builder
- Navigate to Settings > Account Setup > Limits
- Click on Field Sync and expand the Application bar.
- Select the field type that can be system, payment, common, or forms.
- Enable the toggle against the field you want to add to the report builder.
- Save the changes.
NOTE: The selected fields will be automatically added to Report Builder overnight.
