- For SMS, Allow Single SMS Communication and Allow Bulk SMS Communication.
- For Email - Allow Single Email Communication and Allow Bulk Email Communication.

- Next, depending on whether you want to initiate Communication for Email or SMS or WhatsApp, or even Amplify, the user can select any of the tabs and fill up the details as shown in the screenshot.
Email:

Amplify: - After selecting the details like the Template, to whom it needs to be sent (Registered Lead or Alternate Mobile Numbers for SMS, WhatsApp, and Amplify), Campaign Name, and Campaign Types, etc., we then proceed to ensure that the template is ready to be sent to the leads.
- Next, we also have some options like Scheduling and Fallback.
- If the User wants to "Schedule" a campaign, they can do so by clicking on the "Clock" icon at the bottom left of the popup. Clicking on this will show the following details:
- Select the date and time for scheduling. To cancel the same, click on the "Cancel" button.
- If in case you want to have a "Fallback" method, then switch on the "Fallback" toggle as ON. With this, for any lead whose Alternate Number isn't available (If in case the Campaign needs to be sent to an Alternate Number), for such leads, the campaign will be sent to their Primary Mobile Number.
- Click on the “Send Now” option to initiate the Campaign.
- Upon successful creation of the Campaign, a success message appears at the top of the Bulk Message pop-up.
- For a single Communication, a user needs to click on the Action icon against a single lead and select the "Communicate" option.
Note:
- The process described in this article is for Lead Manager. A similar process is followed for Application Manager and Opportunity.
- For Bulk Communication, at least more than one lead needs to be selected.
- WhatsApp Click to Chat feature is only available for a Single WhatsApp Communication and not for Bulk Communication via WhatsApp.
