Plan & Permissions

Troubleshooting Steps
Check the Date Range

- Navigate to the top-right of the dashboard.
- Adjust the date range to include the period you’re trying to analyze.
- Verify if the data updates as expected.
Use the ‘Sync Data’ Button
If the data appears outdated or mismatched:
- Click the ‘Sync Data’ button available at the top-right of the dashboard.
- This action triggers a fresh sync of backend data with your dashboard view.
