Solution:
1. Go to: https://business.facebook.com/settings
2. Navigate to Integrations > Lead Access
3. Click Assign CRM
4. Select NoPaperForms (Meritto) and confirm

Forms Not Visible Despite Successful Integration
Cause: Not all Forms/Pages were selected during the integration process.
Solution 1:
1. Log into Facebook.com
2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings
3. Under Business Integrations, locate NoPaperForms
4. Click “View & Edit”
5. Ensure all relevant Pages and Forms are selected and save changes
6. Refresh Meritto CRM
Solution 2:
1. Remove the Facebook account from Meritto CRM
2. Reconnect by clicking Add > Edit Previous Settings
3. Review and allow access to all required Pages and Forms
4. Refresh Meritto
Note: You will need to re-integrate the pre-mapped forms. Existing leads will not be affected.
