How to view Lead Details through Opportunity?
Approach 1
Approach 1
- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List” > Click on the registered “Name”
- Navigate to the opportunity profile > Click on the arrow against the “Name”(left side), you will be directed to the Lead Profile

- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List”
- Navigate to the opportunity list > Go to “Add column”

Can I add additional fields to the opportunity listing view on LM?
As of yet, this functionality is not part of the product offering.
How can we see the chance of an opportunity being converted?
We can mark the opportunity stage as “Enrolled” against the converted opportunity and later filter all such opportunities basis the “Opportunity: Current Stage” Matches “Enrolled”.
How can I filter “Course” or “University” specific data in Opportunity?
- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List” > Click on the “Opportunity List Name”
- Click on “Filter”

Can I see the other opportunity created against a single lead?
You can follow any of the below mentioned approach to attain that:
Approach 1: Via Lead Manager
- Navigate to the Lead Manager > Manage Leads > Click on any registered “Name”
- On the Lead Profile > on the left navigation panel, refer to “Opportunity”
- You can see the list of different opportunities created against a Lead.
Approach 2 - Via Opportunity
- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List” > Click on the registered “Name”
- Navigate to the opportunity Profile > click on “Other Opportunities Details”
- You can see the list of different opportunities created against that opportunity
Can I save a view in Opportunity?
The views can be saved in “Opportunity”, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:
- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List” > Click on the “Opportunity List Name”
- Click on “Filter”
icon on the top right side > Put the required filter as per the view that needs to be saved and Click on “Apply”
- Go to “Add column”
icon on the top right side > add the fields as per the view that needs to be saved
- Click on “Save View”
- Put the below mentioned information
- Under “Name of view”, put the name by which you wish to denote that view
- Under “Share this with”, select the user with whom you want to share the view
- Under “Share as default”, if you want this saved data format to open when you land on the particular opportunity list, select it as default.
- You can further customize if you want to set the view as default for only yourself or also with the users selected under “Share this with”
- Post the view is saved, you can edit, share or delete it.
Can I allocate different opportunities to different users?
Yes, each opportunity created against a lead can be assigned to different users.
Can I add an opportunity manually?
Case 1: Lead Already Exists
- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List” > Click on the “Opportunity List Name”
- Click on plus icon beside the calendar
- If a lead already exists, you can search for the lead (via Name, Email or Mobile No.)
- Once you get the associated lead
- You need to select the trigger/logic of the opportunity creation, if you wish you assign the user (non mandatory)
- Click on “Add”
- Another opportunity for the same lead will be created
Case 2: Lead Doesn't Exist
- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List” > Click on the “Opportunity List Name”
- Click on plus icon beside the calendar.
- Try searching for the lead (via Name, Email or Mobile No.)
- If no lead is available with the input information (by Name, Email or Mobile No.)
- You will get an option to “Create Lead” first
- Once you click on “Create Lead”, you need to put the Lead details.
- Post Lead creation, you will be asked to put the trigger/logic of the opportunity creation, if you wish you assign the user (non mandatory)
- Click on “Add”
- A Lead & an opportunity will be created.
Can I go to Lead Manager from Opportunity?
- Navigate to “Opportunity” > “Opportunity List” > Click on the registered “Name”, the profile will be opened.
- On the left side > click on the arrow beside the name
- You will be redirected to the “Lead Details” page
