In today’s fast-paced environment, managing large datasets manually can be both time-consuming and prone to errors. The Bulk Data Update feature empowers users to update multiple records at once—streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency. Whether you need to update lead statuses, assign counselors, or change lead stages, this feature simplifies the process and enhances productivity.
Pre-requisite
Ensure you have access to the Bulk Data Update functionality in your system.
Step-by-Step Guide: Bulk Data Upload/Update
- Navigate to the Lead Manager from the main menu and select Manage Leads from the sub-menu.
- Alternatively, you can use the search bar in the menu to find and click on Manage Leads.
- Use filters to select the specific set of data you wish to update.
- Once your dataset is selected, click on the three dots (⋮) located at the top-right corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, choose Data Update. A pop-up window will appear labeled Data Update, showing two fields: Lead Field and Value to be Updated.
Note: Maximum 7 fields can be updated at a time. - Click on the Lead Field dropdown to choose the specific field you want to update.
- Click on the Value field to select or enter the new value for the chosen field.
- Click on the Update button located at the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear, summarizing the number of records and fields being updated. Review the details carefully and click Proceed to continue.
- The selected data will be updated successfully.
