Node-level Reporting
With a single click of the communication nodes, we will have the entire Communication Reporting along with the target audience captured in that particular node. This will enhance the user experience and increase visibility on communication reports. Also, this will help increase the confidence of clients about automation.
For all the communication nodes, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp; we have come up with a node-level data representation.
Why was it Enhanced?
This enhancement will help us track the communication node performance of the automations more easily.
What has been Enhanced?
In this enhancement, we have come up with a “View Report” button at the node level for the communication nodes of the automation. This will help us track the data entering a particular node through Target Audience. Consequently, the sent-out data along with the bifurcated pingback count will be shown duly.
How will the Feature Appear?
The node-level automation node reporting can be seen from the Automation editor page. Showing below the preview for an Email node for reference:
Please note that the reports will show up for SMS and WhatsApp nodes as well.
Cumulative Reporting
We have this feature wherein the cumulative communication nodes report is visible in a graphical format. This will help clients in having a crystal clear visibility with regards to the communication performance of the automations. Since they can track the entire reporting of an automation in a single view they will be able to modify the automation conditions to optimize the target audience.
The cumulative performance of all the communication nodes can now be tracked graphically.
Why was it Enhanced?
With this enhancement, the marketing automation performance can be tracked. This can help clients evolve their marketing automation strategies and thereby enhance communications being sent out to the leads/applicants.
What has been Enhanced?
In this enhancement, we have come up with an overall performance button at automation level for the communication nodes. The report will show cumulative data individually for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp nodes.
Suppose we have three Email nodes, five SMS nodes, and 2 WhatsApp nodes, the overall performance will create three containers each for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp respectively. Every container will have cumulative records for its medium.
How will the Feature Appear?
The automation-level reporting can be seen from the Automation editor page by clicking on the “View Performance” button. Below is a preview of the overall performance of the automation:
