Amplify Reports is a powerful new feature designed to provide comprehensive insights into your voice-based campaigns. Additionally, it provides a granular view of call statuses, including the number of calls sent, dialled, answered, and unanswered, for campaigns utilising both lead and raw data. Prerequisites
Before viewing the Amplify reports, Users will need to set the Pulse Cost that will help to calculate the ROI and expenses incurred during the campaigns. The steps are -
- Open the Meritto CRM Portal.
- Next, click on the Settings button located in the upper right side of the Meritto Portal
- In the section, navigate via Communication >> Amplify >> Billing.
- Select whether you want to enter rate for Transactional or Promotional and in the Pulse field, enter the cost per pulse in Rupees.
- Save the details.
Note - Changing the Pulse Costing midway will render the entire report as per the new pricing entered.
How to view Amplify Reports?
To view the reports, follow the below steps:
- Open the Meritto CRM Portal.
- In the left hand side Menu pane, in the option "Dashboard" select the option "Admin Dashboard"
- As soon as the Admin Dashboard opens, in the upper section, locate the tab "Engagement" or "Modern Engagement" option and click on it.
- The Dashboard opens up. This section of the Admin Dashboard contains all the reports and dashlets concerning Communication module like Amplify, Email, SMS, WABA, Echo, etc. Screenshot is provided below.
- To remove or add any dashlet, click on the option "Add Dashlet" and toggle "on" for those reports for whom you want to include in the dashboard section.
What is the Amplify Funnel Report?
Amplify funnel report as previously described will help to provide a comprehensive analysis of campaign performance with specific focus on progress and ROI at each stage of the lead journey.
In the screenshot provided, there are multiple elements related to the report. We will discuss this in detail with the example provided.

- This is the top of the funnel
- Represents the total number of initial responses/inquiries
- Serves as the baseline for all conversion calculations
- Leads Generated (2)
- Conversion Rate: 25% (2 out of 8 answered inquiries)
- These are qualified prospects from the initial inquiries
- Shows effective lead qualification process
- Applications Initiated (2)
- Conversion Rate: 100% (2 out of 2 leads)
- All leads moved forward to start their applications
- Indicates high-quality lead generation

- Conversion Rate: 50% (1 out of 2 applications)
- Represents applications that resulted in payment
- Shows the commitment level of applicants

- Conversion Rate: 100% (1 out of 1 paid application)

Return on Investment Analysis
With a total investment of ₹250, here's how the costs break down at each stage:
- Cost Per Lead: ₹125
- Calculated as: Total Investment (₹250) ÷ Leads Generated (2)

- Calculated as: Total Investment (₹250) ÷ Applications Initiated (1)
