How to Re-assign Leads?
Note: At any given time, an account operates under either the Single Counselor Allocation flow or the Multi-Counselor Allocation flow. Only one of these flows will be active and visible to users based on the account's configuration.

How to Re-assign a Single Lead?
- Choose a lead and go to the single action menu.
- Click on the Reassign Lead button.
- Choose the new owner from the dropdown menu in the Assign Owner dropdown.
- Add any Re-assignment remark if needed.
- Confirm reassignment by clicking on the “Reassign Leads” button, including transferring follow-ups or queries if prompted.

How to Bulk Reassign Leads to a Single Owner or Distribute Using Round Robin?
- Select multiple leads for reassignment.
- Click on the Reassign Leads button from the Bulk Action menu.
- Choose the distribution method:
Individual assignment: If you wish to assign leads in bulk to a single owner.
Round-Robin assignment: If you wish to re-assign leads in bulk across different owners in a round-robin manner. - Select the new owner from the Assign Owner dropdown in case of Individual Assignment.
- Alternatively, if you opt for the Round-Robin Assignment, select the desired owners/teams from the "Assign Owner" dropdown to evenly distribute the leads among them.
- Add any Re-assignment remark if needed.
- Confirm reassignment by clicking on the “Reassign Leads” button, including transferring follow-ups or queries if prompted.

How to Re-assign a single lead?

Add Owner: When selecting “Add Owner” as re-assignment type, the owner will be added to the existing owner.
Remove and Add Owner: When selecting “Remove and Add Owner” as the re-assignment type, the existing owner will be removed, and a new owner will be added on a lead. - Choose the new owner from the dropdown menu in the “Assign Owner” dropdown in case of the “Add Owner” reassignment type.
- If you opt for the “Remove and Add Owner” reassignment type, select the owner(s) to be removed from the lead using the “Remove from” dropdown and choose the new owner to be added using the “Assign Owner” dropdown.
- Add any Re-assignment remark if needed.
- Confirm reassignment by clicking on the “Reassign Leads” button, including transferring follow-ups or queries if prompted.

How can I bulk reassign leads using the "Add Owner" or "Remove and Add Owner" options, or distribute them among multiple owners using the Round Robin method?
