This functionality offers an intuitive calendar interface to track events, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure efficient event management. Users can view events for a day, week, or month, navigate between dates effortlessly, and apply advanced or Quick filters to personalize their view.

How to Access the Calendar View Functionality
Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar View
- Log in to your account, navigate to the Calendar Pro Events page, and click on the calendar icon on the right to switch to the Calendar View.
- By default, the calendar opens on the current date view.
Step 2: Change the Date or View
- Switch Date: Use the arrow icons beside the date to navigate to previous or future dates.
- Change View: Select the "Day," "Week," or "Month" tabs to customize your view as needed.
- Pick a Specific Date: Click the calendar icon to jump directly to a desired date.
Step 3: Identify Event Statuses
The calendar displays events using color-coded blocks to indicate their occupied status. This helps users quickly identify available slots and potential conflicts.
Step 4: View and Manage Events
- Click on any event in the calendar to open a pop-up with detailed information such as:
- Subject
- Event Status
- Lead Name
- Start and End Dates
- The pop-up also includes action buttons like View Event, Edit Event, Mark as Complete, Cancel Event, or Delete.
Step 5: Utilize Filters
- Use quick and advanced filters to narrow down events based on specific criteria.
- Filter by users if you have permission to view other users’ events.
Step 6: Monitor Event Status Summary
- On the top right, view counts for "Upcoming," "Overdue," and "Completed" events for the selected time frame.
