PE-TM Chain Binding on DLT

Important: PE-TM Chain Binding are applicable only for DLT based SMSs in India

Overview:

As per the TRAI SMS guidelines Principle Entity Telemarketer (PE-TM) Binding is mandatory now. If any Institute fails to Complete the process, the SMS will not work from 11th December 2024.

SMS flow chain model for your reference:

• Principal Entity (PE): A Principal Entity is any organization (Educational Institutes) or brand that initiates or authorizes SMS communication to its customers or leads.
• Telemarketer-Aggregator: A Telemarketer-Aggregator involves intermediaries(NPF) who aggregate messages from various Principal Entities before routing them to delivery providers.
• Telemarketer-Delivery: A Telemarketer-Delivery covers entities(Kaleyra, ValueFirst, etc.) responsible for the final delivery of messages to recipients.

Key Requirements and Dates:

• The scrubbing process for PE-TM binding will go live on 11th December 2024. Only messages from complete, compliant chains will be delivered; non-compliant messages will be scrubbed.
• The registration process for declaring your Telemarketer Aggregator is available across all the Operator DLT portal.
• PE can define PETM chain binding in any of the DLT portals.

Process to follow:

1. Principal Entity to log in to their respective DLT Portal:
2. Initiate PE-TM binding and select NoPaperForms Pvt. Ltd. as Your Telemarketer Aggregator Partner with TM Aggregator ID: 1102641120000014245 and submit the request.
   
   
   
   
3. Notify us via email at ticket@meritto.com with the following details along with the relevant screenshot:
   • Requestor Name
   • Chain ID
   • DLT Portal Name
   • Your Institute ID and Name on Meritto CRM.
     
4. Telemarketer-Delivery Approval: Once Meritto receive the details, we will add the respective Telemarketer-Delivery to the chain. Once they approve the chain, we will notify Principal Entity (client).
   
   
   
5. Final Approval: Principal Entity(client) must approve the chain on their respective DLT portal after Telemarketer-Delivery approval.
