Introduction
As we all know, the restore functionality addresses a critical need for users to efficiently manage their landing pages and communication templates. By providing the ability to revert to previously published versions, this feature ensures that users can quickly recover from unintended changes or errors, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of their content.
Prerequisites
- User should have access to the Landing Page and Manage Communication Template Functionality.
- User should have permission to view version history in the Manage Communication Template.
Steps to Restore the Template
- Navigate to the Landing Page either by Searching the “Manage Landing Page” in the search bar which appears on the extreme left. Or you can navigate to the Template Manager and directly choose the Manage Landing Page listing from the navigation panel.
- When you arrive at Manage/Create Landing Page Templates click on the “Action” button which appears on the extreme right. A pop up will appear where you can see the option of “Version History”.
- Once clicked on the Version History then pop-up would open up which would display a list of all the versions of that particular landing page and the Thank you page.
- To restore the previous version user are required to click on the individual action button wherein they would get the option named "Restore".
- Once clicked on the "Restore" button then selected version would be restored and a new entry would be visible in the View Version History page. The status for the newly added entry would Active.
