How To revert Evaluated Data in Scorecard?

Introduction

As we all know, the scorecard is a critical component of the candidate evaluation process during Personal Interviews. It allows evaluators to rate candidates on key attributes such as Communication Skills, Logical and Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making Abilities. These ratings are then used to make an informed decision about whether the candidate meets the criteria for admission.

However, there may be instances where an evaluator mistakenly assigns incorrect scores to a candidate. Previously, once an evaluation was completed, it was not possible to make corrections. Now, thanks to the “Revert” function, evaluators can rectify errors by making adjustments to the scores recorded on the scorecard. To revert the evaluated data on your scorecard, kindly follow the steps provided below:-

Prerequisites 

• Access to Manage Scorecard permission on the Meritto Portal
• The evaluator should have permission to revert evaluated data on the Meritto Portal

Steps to Revert the Evaluation Data

1. To locate the "Manage Scorecard" option, you can use the search feature located in the column on the left side of your Meritto Portal. Alternatively, you can navigate to the "Post Application" dropdown menu, which will reveal a secondary dropdown. Within this secondary menu, you will find the "Scorecard" option, where you can click to access "Manage Scorecard."
   
   
   
   
2. After arriving at the "Manage Scorecard" section, you will be presented with a list of all scorecards created for the specific institute and associated form. Click on the scorecard you need to revert the evaluation score for, selecting it from the displayed list.
   
   
   
   After selecting the desired scorecard, you will be directed to a page that displays a comprehensive list of all applicants who have either already been evaluated or are yet to be evaluated using that specific scorecard.
   
   
3. Click the “Filter” button located at the top right corner of the page. A pop-up window will appear where you need to choose the evaluator's name whose candidate evaluation score you wish to revert, and set the Evaluation Status to "evaluated". After making your selections, click the “Apply” button to activate the filter.
   
   
   
   
   
4. At this point, you'll be able to view the candidates who were evaluated by the evaluator you chose earlier. Click the "Action" button on the extreme right side of the screen. A pop-up box will open, displaying the option to "Revert Evaluation Data." Select this option to proceed.
   
   
   
   
5. After clicking on "Revert Evaluation Data," a dialog box will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to revert the evaluation for the selected application?" Once you confirm by clicking "Yes," the evaluation data for the selected applicant will be reverted to the scorecard.
