Introduction
As we know resubmission is used to enable the field for the applicant so that they could fill in the details once they have successfully submitted the application form.

Now, users have the flexibility wherein they would be able to configure multiple resubmission logics. So to manage all the resubmissions must have the “Manage Resubmission” page. This allows users to track:
1. View and edit the Start date & End date of the logic
2. Total Applicants which are falling into the resubmission
3. View Enabled fields
4. View conditions and search criteria on which resubmission has been enabled
Steps to navigate to the Manage Resubmission Page
- Search for “Manage Resubmission” in the search bar which appears on the left side of your Meritto Portal. Alternatively, you can click on the Application Manager dropdown and you will be able to see “Manage Resubmission”
- Upon reaching the "Manage Resubmission" page, you'll be able to view a list of all resubmission logics set up on various forms, along with details such as "Total Applicant", "Created Date," "Start Date," "Status," "Last Updated," and an "Action Button."
- If the user wishes to view the edit the last date of any resubmission logic then this can be done by just clicking on the “Action” button a pop-up box will appear where you can see the option of “Edit Dates”. Once clicked on the edit dates user will be able to change the last date of the resubmission logic.
Note: The last date won't be editable in case the status of the resubmission logic is completed and disabled.
- If the user wishes to view the resubmission details of any resubmission logic then this can be done by just clicking on the “Action” button a pop-up box will appear where you can see the option of “View Resubmission Details”.
When you click on "View Resubmission Details," a screen will appear displaying three sections View Conditional Logics, View Enabled Fields and Search Criteria.
- View Conditional Logics: In this section user would be able to view the condition which has been configured while enabling the resubmission.
- View Enabled Fields: In this section user would be able to view the fields which have been enabled while enabling the resubmission.

Search Criteria: In this section user would be able to view that if any criteria is search section of AM while enabling the resubmission.
- If the user wishes to delete the resubmission logics that are not in use then this can be done by just clicking on the “Action” button a pop-up box will appear where you can see the option of “Delete Resubmission Logics”.
Once clicked on the "Delete Resubmission Logics" the a confirmation pop up would be visible where by clicking on the Yes button Resubmission logic would be deleted forever.
Note: Delete functionality would only be visible on the resubmission logic for which the status is Completed and Disabled.
