Overview
This feature will allow you to delete any Event Config, Event Fields, or Events when not required.
Pre-Requisites
The user must have the necessary permissions to be able to delete Event Config, Event Fields, or Events.
Deleting an Event Config
Event Config are the event forms that are created in your accounts that can be used to create events between the user and the lead.
To delete the Event Config you need to go to the Event Config page where you can click on the action against each Event Config to delete the event
Please Note: Event config will only be allowed to be deleted if there are no events with the same event config.
Deleting an Event
Events are created by the organizer between a lead and the owner. All the created events will be visible on the events page.
To delete an event you can either select the events in bulk or click on action against a single event of one specific Event form to delete the events.
Deleting the Event Fields
Events Fields are created to be used in an event config.
To delete an event field, you need to go to the Event config page and go to the Fields tab. You can select the single-action
Please Note: The event field can only be deleted if it is not being enabled in any of the event configs.
