The Quick Filters functionality is a newly introduced feature designed to streamline your lead management process. With Quick Filters, you can quickly apply your most-used filters, making it easier to focus on the leads that matter most. This guide will help you understand how to use Quick Filters, manage your filter settings, and leverage advanced filtering options for more precise lead management.

What are Quick Filters?

Quick Filters are your most used filters, now conveniently located at the top of your lead view. This feature allows you to apply commonly used filters with just a click, saving you time and effort in sorting through your leads.

• Quick Filters Pane: Located at the top of your lead management screen, this pane displays your default set of Quick Filters.
  
  
• Manage Button: Allows you to add, edit, or organize your Quick Filters according to your preferences and create your own personalized quick filter.
  
  
• Show/Hide Quick Filter: The original filter icon now functions to show or hide the Quick Filters pane, giving you more screen space to view your leads.
  
  

How to use Quick Filters?

1. Accessing Quick Filters:

• The Quick Filters pane is visible at the top of your lead manager view. Here, you will see your default set of filters. This can be customized as per your needs. 

2. Applying a Quick Filter:

• Simply click on any filter within the Quick Filters pane to apply it instantly. This allows you to narrow down your lead list based on the criteria for efficient prioritization and nurturing.
  
  

3. Managing Your Quick Filters:

• Click on the Manage button within the Quick Filters pane to customize your Quick Filters.
• From here, you can:
  • • Add New Filters: Choose additional filters that you use frequently to add to your Quick Filters list.
    • Edit Existing Filters: Modify or Remove the filters from your current set of Quick Filters.
    • Sort Filters: Arrange your Quick Filters in the order that makes the most sense for your workflow.
    • Restore Default: You can restore your default set of quick filters anytime by clicking on the “Restore default” button.
• You can add up to 20 Quick Filters for easy access.
  
  

4. Show/Hide Quick Filters:

• The old filter icon is now used to show or hide the Quick Filters pane. This feature is particularly useful when you need more screen space to view your leads. Simply click the icon to toggle the Quick Filters pane on or off.
  
  

5. Advanced Filters:

• Located on the right side of the Quick Filters pane, the Advanced Filters button allows you to apply filters with “And/OR” filtering conditions and to save the views when required.
• You can combine multiple criteria and logical operators to refine your search.
• Advanced Filters work in conjunction with Quick Filters, giving you even greater control over your lead management.

2. How do I save my Advanced Filters as a Quick View?

You can save your Advanced Filters as a Quick View to revisit the same filter settings later. Note that Quick Filters cannot be saved in Quick Views; only Advanced Filters can be saved and shared.

3. Can I customize the Quick Filters?

Yes, you can customize the Quick Filters by clicking on the settings icon below the "Quick Filters" text. This allows you to add or remove quick filter fields and sort them according to your preferences.

4. How do I remove applied Quick Filters?

You can remove applied Quick Filters by clicking on the remove icon (cross icon) beside the filter. You can also use the "Reset" button to remove all applied quick filters at once.

5. How many quick filters can I add to my view?

You can add up to 20 Quick Filters in the view pane.

6. How do I handle dependent fields in Quick Filters?

Dependent fields like "Country, State, City" or "Institute, Course, Specialization" can be added as Quick Filters. These fields will work independently, with a maximum dependency level of two.

7. How do I re-assign the leads using the Quick Filters?

For now, you can re-assign the leads using the Advance Filters. With our revamped version of the "Lead Re-assignment" functionality, there would be no dependency on mandatorily adding a "Lead Owner" filter to re-assign the leads.
