Introduction
As part of an ad campaign, you can attach a lead form to your campaign to generate leads for your business. You can create a new campaign with a new lead form, or even attach a new lead form to an existing campaign.
How does it work?

Lead forms help you collect leads directly from your ad. People interested in your business or service can engage with you by filling out the form.

In the "Search" campaigns, lead forms can be added to campaigns as extensions. While in the "Video" campaigns, lead forms can be added during campaign creation and in your campaign settings.

In the "Video" campaigns, you can choose the type of leads you want to gather. You can choose to reach people more likely to be interested in your product ("Higher intent") or reach a higher number of people ("More volume") with your lead form.

You can download and manage your collected leads in a CSV file. Make sure to download leads frequently, as you can only download leads for the last 30 days.

Once your Form is live, the addition or removal of any fields like name, email, etc. is not possible, in such a scenario, you have to create a new Lead Form.

How to Integrate Google Lead Form with Meritto?
Here is a steps-by-step guide to integrating Google Lead Form with Meritto.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Extensions
Step 2: Go on Ads Integration > Google Lead Ad > Click on View Details
Step 3: You can now view the Webhook URL and Webhook Key. You will have to copy and paste these details on the Google Lead Ad Form.
Step 4: Integrating with a new Lead Ad Form
- Sign in to your Google Ads account.
- In the page menu on the left, click Campaigns.
- Click the plus button (+), then select New Campaign.
- Select Leads as your goal.
- Select Search, Video, or Discovery as your Campaign Type.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your Campaign Settings.
- In the "Ad extensions" list, select Lead form extension.
- Click Create lead form extension to open the lead form extension editor and enter details about your lead form.
- Begin creating your lead form extension.
- Under "Webhook integration (optional)", add your webhook URL and webhook key.
- Click Send Test Data and verify if you received the data correctly on Meritto’s CRM.
- When you finish creating the lead form extension, click Save.

Integrating with an existing Lead Ad Form
- Sign in to your Google Ads account.
- Click Ads & extensions in the page menu, and then click Extensions.
- Click the Lead form on the “Extensions” page.
- Hover over the lead form extension and click the Pencil Icon Edit to edit.
- Under "Webhook integration" (optional), add your webhook URL and webhook key.
- Click Send Test Data and verify if you received the data correctly on Meritto’s CRM.
- When you finish editing the lead form extension, click Save.
