We often use the system to trigger Emails, SMS, and Whatsapp to the leads, applications, or raw data present in the system, and Hence, the need arises to check its consumption and credits left too.
Here we will demonstrate how to check the above-mentioned parameters in communication performance.
1. Navigate to Marketing > Communication performance.
2. The Manage Communication Logs page will open. You can apply Filter option will be visible at the top right corner of the screen to filter the job IDs based on your requirement.
Different "Filters" are available: You might just select your institution to get a list of all the communication that was triggered by the system. You may further apply the filters to look for specific communication.
3. To check the consumption of email, SMS, or WhatsApp credits, there are icons available at the top of the logs table labeled as Email Consumption, SMS Consumption and Whatsapp Consumption. You may click on the icons to see the count if credits.
This will give you the total billable count, the total cost of the credits, credits consumed and credits left.
For example, in SMS Consumption-
- SMS Allocated - Count of SMS available in your account
- SMS Consumed - Count of SMS which you have utilized
- SMS Expense - Amount you have spent on SMS TopUps till date
Similarly, you can check for Email and WhatsApp.
