Meritto’s Lead Management System (LMS) is designed to centralize and streamline the entire lead lifecycle for educational institutions. It helps you capture, track, and nurture all the incoming leads and inquiries raised through various origins (like API, telephony, chatbot, online registration forms, online enquiry forms, and offline events) and traffic channels (like organic search, paid search, email campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook campaigns) ensuring efficient management and higher conversion rates. The system eliminates manual processes, reduces lead leakage, and provides actionable insights to optimize admissions workflows.

Lead Listing in a Glance
All leads from various origins and traffic channels are consolidated and displayed on the Lead Listing Page. This page allows you to search, filter based on specific conditions, and customize your view. You can also upload leads from different offline channels. The most recent leads appear at the top, organized by the order in which they were added.
By default, 10 records are displayed, but you can adjust this to show up to 100 using the dropdown menu. You can also view more number leads of by clicking on show more leads button which is present at the bottom of the page.

Search Icon:
The Search functionality provides multiple search parameters to locate specific leads efficiently. You can search for leads using the following criteria:
- Email: Search by the lead’s registered email ID.
- Mobile: Search using the lead’s mobile number.
- Name: Locate a lead by their full or partial name.
- User ID: A five or six-digit unique identifier assigned by the system to each lead.
- Lead ID: A 32-digit unique identifier automatically generated for every lead.
These search options enable quick retrieval of lead records, ensuring seamless navigation and lead management.

Customize Icon
: Add more columns or rearrange the existing ones displayed on the listing page as per your requirements. Find out how in "How to Customize Your Lead Listing View?".

Filter Icon
: You can utilize multiple filtering options to refine lead searches and segment data efficiently. The following filters can be used to narrow down leads based on specific criteria. The leads can be filtered based on quick and advanced filters. The filter icon
allows you to show or hide the Filters pane, giving you more screen space to view your leads.

Quick Filters are your most used filters, conveniently located at the top of your lead view. This feature allows you to apply commonly used filters such as User Registration Date, Lead Stage, Lead Owner, and Campaign Source with just a click, saving you time and effort in sorting through your leads. allows you to add, edit, or organize your Quick Filters and create your own personalized quick filter.

Advanced Filter
(located on the right side of the Quick Filters pane), allows you to apply filters with “And/OR” filtering conditions. You can combine multiple criteria and logical operators to refine your search. Advanced Filters work in conjunction with Quick Filters, giving you even greater control over your lead management.

Activity Filters are a subset of Advanced Filters specifically designed for filtering leads based on telephony-related parameters, such as call status, inbound/outbound interactions, or missed calls.

Import Icon: Upload offline leads in the system either individually or in bulk. For detailed steps, see "How to Import Leads".

More Options Icon
: Additionally, using this option, you can also perform multiple actions after selecting the leads:
- Download leads and required columns in bulk
- Communicate with the selected leads
- Send the selected leads to Facebook
- Send the selected leads to Google Ads Audience
- Re-assign the selected leads from one counsellor to another

- Send the selected leads to the Telephony campaign
- Update the campaign data for the selected leads
- Update data for the leads in bulk
- Delete the selected leads
- Push the selected leads to the Webhook in bulk.
- Untouched Leads refer to leads that have not had any actions performed by a counselor. This means no follow-ups, updates, or interactions have been logged against the lead since its registration. Untouched leads are visually indicated by a red-colored line next to the Registered Name in the Lead Manager, making it easy to identify leads that require attention.
