Introduction
The Meritto Android Application requires a set of permissions after the installation. These permissions need to be granted only once which will ensure that the essential features of the app are running smoothly.
Permissions for Mobile App

| Call Logs permission | Access to track the duration of incoming or outgoing calls, this permission is required. | Denying this permission will not capture the call duration. |
| Make and Manage Phone Calls | This permission allows the Meritto App to manage incoming and outgoing calls for tracking purposes. | Denying this permission will impact the overall In-App Calling feature. |
| Contacts Permission | This permission is required to show popup during an incoming or outgoing call in some devices. Please note that this permission is not used to read the contact details saved in your device. | It may impact to show the popup in some devices in case of an incoming or an outgoing call. |
| Display popup over other Apps | This permission is required to show popup during an incoming or outgoing call in majority of the devices. | If this is disabled. Popup will not appear |
