What is the Lead Time Slot Analysis Dashlet?

The Lead Time Slot Analysis shows you the comprehensive data of the exact time slot and the day when your visitors convert into a lead in an entire day.

This is the most important interactive Dashlet with the most comprehensive data.

Purpose of the Lead Timeslot Analysis Dashlet-

1. Day-wise and time-wise data: This analysis will help you with the number of visitors visited and converted into leads and what exactly were the numbers at that exact time. You can see the timings listed on the left-hand side and below are the days.

You will see the number of leads in the chart. If you move your mouse pointer over the number of leads, you will be able to see the number of leads on the exact day and exact time, as highlighted in the image below.

The “slider” provided below will allow you to scale the number of leads from the lowest to the highest levels. By this, you can categorize the time slot in an entire day when the maximum rate of conversions occurred.

This makes you strategize your campaigns accordingly.

2. Pictorial representation: The Day Wise Analysis bar graph will give you the quick stats of the particular day in an entire week, on which the maximum number of conversions happen.

   The Hourly Analysis bar graph will give you the exact time in a day when the maximum rate of lead conversions occurs.        

Quick Actions

• To view data for a specific time frame, choose the desired date range and click apply. This action filters the data accordingly.
• Easily download data for additional analysis by clicking on the download icon. This one-step process allows you to download the data in CSV format.
• Explore specific performance data by filtering through publishers. Click on filters, choose the desired publisher from the list, and access detailed insights.

How to Enable this Dashlet on your Admin Dashboard?

• Navigate to Dashboard > Admin Dashboard

• On the Admin Dashboard  Click on "Add Dashlet"

• Select the option of Lead Time Slot Analysis and toggle it on to enable it and Save View.
