What is a Form Stage-Wise Segregation Dashlet?
This Dashlet gives you a clear picture of the current form stage where the students are stuck. Students often leave forms half-filled, difficult to understand where they are facing issues. That's where this dashlet comes to the rescue.
The purpose of this dashlet:
This dashlet is beneficial to have an idea about the number of students at each stage of the form. This is available in a single form as well as if you have more than one form.
If you have more than one form you might choose the form and also select specific stages of the form for which you want to visualize the data. There is also an option to download the data in CSV format.
This dashlet shows you four basic stages that are in the form namely form initiated, payment initiated, payment approved, and application submitted. The bar graph gives you an idea that at this point of time how many students are in this particular form stage.
If in case you have more than one application or wish to see more of the stages click on filter, select the form and the stage(s) you want to see the data for, and click on "Apply".
Follow the below-mentioned steps to enable the dashlet and get a detailed idea about it.
How to Enable Dashlet?
1) Navigate to Dashboard > Admin Dashboard from the left-hand side panel.
2) On the admin dashboard click on "Add Dashlet" in case the Form Stage Wise Segregation Dashlet is not enabled on your view. You may ignore this step if already enabled.
3) On clicking on "Add Dashlet" a pop-up window will appear from the right-hand side with all the available dashlets in the system. Toggle the bar corresponding to "Form Stage Wise Segregation Dashlet" and click on "Save View" to add the dashlet to your view for future reference.
