How to Enable?
To enable In App calling for Any Institute there are certain steps to follow:
Step 1: Navigate to Form Desk > Manage Account.
Step 2: Search the Account first where you need to enable the In App calling feature.
Step 3: Click on Action button (Three dots Icon) select View Details.
Step 4: Go to Package Selection and select Mobile App Click to Call and save.
Step 5: Give the permission of Call Tracking and Call Button.
Step 6 : Navigate to Configurations (Gear icon)
Select the Institute first where you need to enable the In-App calling feature. Then go to Configuration (by clicking on the Gear icon available on top). Under Mobile Application, enable all required settings to enable In App Call Logging feature.
Step 7: Navigate to User Access Control > Permissions > Manage Institutes Permission
- Here select the college, under that select Lead Nurturing/Counsellor Module - Enable View Telephony Activity Log on Profile for the users.
- Mobile App – Enable Call Button; Call Tracking
- Go to Settings
- Enable View App call log permissions
