All About Formats of Document Download – Meritto

Introduction

This guide takes you through the different formats available for downloading documents submitted by applicants.

1. Application No Wise: When we extract the Zip File that we downloaded, the documents will be clubbed together based on the Application Number

When you click on the Application Number you can see all the documents or files for that particular applicant.

2. Document Wise: When we extract the Zip File we downloaded, we can see that the files will be clubbed together based on the document name.

When you click on the Document Name you can see all applicant's documents.

For example, when clicked on "admit_card_pdf", it shows the admit cards of all the applicants (as below)

The first half admit_card is the prefix and 1 is the application number.
