Communication methods such as email and SMS can be initiated either immediately or at a specific time set in advance. The article aims to provide guidance on how to stop this scheduled communication, whether it's emails or SMS messages.
How to Stop Scheduled Communication?
Step 1: Go to Marketing > Communication Performance.
Step 2: In Communication Performance, you'll see specific Job IDs with an action button next to each. Click on the action button to give you multiple options.
Step 3: Choose "Close" to stop scheduled communication.
