Communication like Email and SMS can be triggered on a real-time basis or on a predefined time (which we call it as scheduled). For more information regarding scheduled communication, refer to the article, How to schedule a communication?
Now we all know about scheduling a communication, let’s discuss how to stop it?
STEP 1: Navigate to Marketing > Communication Performance.
STEP 2: After clicking on to Communication performance, there are specific Job IDs, against every Job ID there’s an action button; if we click on to that we have multiple options.
STEP 3: Select Closed, by selecting it scheduled communication will be stopped
