Navigate to Offline Upload Logs:
- Go to Leads Manager > Offline Upload Logs.

Access the Import Report:
- After clicking on "Offline Upload Logs", a window titled "Import Report" will open. This page includes filters to help you refine your data search.
- Select your institute and adjust other values based on your preference. If you want to view all uploaded data, simply select the institute’s name and leave the other fields blank.

Search for Uploaded Data:
- Click on "Search" to display all reports related to the uploaded data. The system will present detailed information about each upload.
Key Fields in the Import Report

Import Date & Time: Displays the exact date and time when the lead was uploaded into the system.

Uploaded With: Shows whether the lead was uploaded using an Email Address or Mobile Number.

Upload Type:
- New Leads: Refers to unique leads that are being introduced to the system for the first time.
- Update Leads: Refers to existing leads that are being updated with new information.

Import Status: Indicates whether the upload was successful. If the import completed successfully, the status will be shown as "Complete".

Imported By: Displays the name of the user who performed the lead upload.

Leads Processed: Shows the total number of leads that have been processed by the system.

Successfully Imported Leads: The number of leads that were uploaded successfully.

Duplicate Leads: Leads that already exist in the system with identical details (such as Email ID or Mobile Number) will be flagged as duplicates. You can click on the duplicate count to download a CSV report for further analysis.

Failed Leads: These are leads that couldn’t be uploaded due to issues such as invalid email addresses. You can click on the failed lead count to download a CSV report detailing the errors.

Updated Leads: If additional information is provided for leads that already exist in the system, the system will append the new data and update the corresponding records.
NOTE: Duplicate lead and the Failed lead count is clickable. Once you Click on the number it will download an Excel file in CSV format.
