Introduction
Enhance the experience of Communications done through the Meritto system. This feature will channelize the communication as per different campaigns in a segmented audience.
Purpose: The primary objective of utilizing these parameters is to enable tracking the performance of your campaign. By incorporating the Campaign Name and Type, you can access the campaign's performance data in the Communication Performance section. These details will be associated with specific Job IDs, allowing you to conveniently view and analyze the campaign's effectiveness and impact.
Where we can see these parameters?
While communicating through Lead Manager, Application Manager, Raw Data - List, Raw Data - Segment and Automation you will be able to see two more fields in which you can store your campaign details.
The fields are Campaign name and Campaign Type:
Campaign Name: This is text type field to enter the name of the campaign you want to run.
Campaign Type: This is a constructive drop down where, when communicating if you are adding any campaign type the same will be available next time in the drop down be it is used in Email or SMS.
The Campaign Details can be added while sending Emails and SMS.
For the Communication which is already sent, you can also add the campaign details for them.

- Go to Marketing under Communication Performance.
- Click on the Action button next to the job id that lacks either the Campaign Name or Type, or both. Click on it, and then select Add Campaign Details.
- A popup window will appear, allowing you to input the missing Campaign name and type, but only where they haven't been added yet.
Additionally you can filter out the data from communication performance basis campaign type and name.
