Follow-ups play a crucial role in nurturing leads, establishing trust, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Additionally, they facilitate upselling to existing customers, serve as engagement reminders, and aid in converting potential leads into loyal customers.
Note: Editing is only possible for upcoming follow-ups, while overdue or today's follow-ups cannot be edited. Additionally, it is not possible to reassign overdue follow-ups; reassignment is limited to upcoming follow-ups only.
Re-assign a Lead along with the Follow-up:
1. Go to Leads Manager and select "Manage leads" from the menu.
2. Locate the lead for which you wish to reassign a Follow-Up. Click on the Registered Name to open a new tab called "Lead Details."
3. On the right hand side you find a button to Re-assign follow-ups. Click on it to open a pop-up window titled "Re-assign leads."
4. In the pop-up window, the first drop-down menu will already have the current lead owner's name selected. Choose a lead owner from the "counselor-assigned to" drop-down menu to whom you want to reassign the follow-up.
5. Finally, click "save" to complete the reassignment. Both the lead and the follow-up will now be assigned to the new lead owner.
Edit a Follow-up:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Counsellor Dashboard from the left hand side panel.
- Select Follow up task > Upcoming Follow-up
- Corresponding to the follow-up you wish to edit there is an action button . This will provide you with the option to modify the follow-up.
- Clicking on the change follow up, a pop-up window will appear. Within this window, you can choose a new date for rescheduling the follow-up. Once you've selected the desired date, save the changes.
