Pre-requisites
- Access to Facebook account and pages with all the permission and admin rights.
- User must have Facebook Business Manager account.
- User Must have the admin access of the page.
How to Connect Facebook Lead Ad Form with Meritto?
Step 1: Click on Settings > Extensions
Step 2: Click on Ads Integration > Facebook Lead Ad > Manage Accounts
Step 3: Click on ‘Connect with Facebook’
Step 4: Enter your Login Credentials, select the checkbox to remain logged in to Meritto
Step 5: Continue with your login
Step 6: Select the Page on which the Form has been created and click on ‘Next’
Step 7: Allow all permissions and click on ‘Done’
Step 8: Click on the Actions gear to map Facebook Lead Ad Form’s Fields with Meritto’s fields
Step 9: Map the required fields one by one, In case, you don’t want to import any specific fields, select ‘Do not Import’
Step 10: By default Source is set as 'Facebook' and Medium is set as 'Lead Ad', however the same can be hard mapped also. The campaign details will help you analyze the campaign performance.
Step 11 (Optional): Configure default form fields and click on ‘Save’
A Meritto' field can be made default if required. Use case:- XYZ University is running a Lead Ad Campaign exclusively for MBA course only and is not asking for the course in the inquiry form. MBA as a course can be made default for this Lead Ad Form, all leads coming through this Lead Ad Form will be having MBA as a course displayed at Meritto.
Step 12: Success message post field configuration is saved. Click on ‘Ok’
Step 13: Visit https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing select the Lead Form, click on preview and submit a test lead, the same lead should reflect in the Meritto's Lead Manager.
Voila! It's done, you will now be getting leads in Meritto as soon as a lead is entered into Facebook Lead Ad Form on a real-time basis.
You may add up to 20 Facebook Accounts to integrate with Facebook Lead Ad Forms with Meritto’s CRM. The process remains the same for adding all new accounts.
