Introduction
We have identified a few scenarios which are important from an In-App Call Logging and Caller ID perspective.
Prerequisite
- Meritto Mobile App must be of version 4.0.0 or above.
In-app Call Logging Feature
Problem with In App Call Logging feature? We encourage you to take the below steps:
- Check if the user is using the latest version of the Meritto application.
- Check if all app permissions are enabled.
- Check if user-level permissions are enabled.
- Make sure the user doesn’t use any other calling app (like ACR, Truecaller, etc.) as they conflict and don't allow the NPF app to log the calls properly.
- Disable Battery Optimization for Meritto App. Since, the android operating system can put the calling feature into a deactivated state which impacts the Caller ID (pop up) that may not appear on the device screen, to reduce battery consumption.
The problem can be resolved by changing Battery Optimization related settings in the phone.
