Introduction
Application Stage is used to segregate applications based on the stage of the applicant after the payment has been made to identify the post-application stage such as GD-PI shortlisted, Offered, Merit-x, Enrolled, Withdrawn, etc. Users can mark the application stage from the application manager or profile. By default, the application stage of an application is untouched.
To change the Application stage from Application Manager
- Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
- Search for the applicant you want to change the Application Stage for via Application No, Email, Mobile, Transaction ID, Voucher Code, Name, or Discount Code.
- Click on the Settings cog icon() and select Change Application Stage.
- A pop-up titled Update Application opens, Select the required Application stage from the drop-down.
- If required, add the relevant note and the application follow-up date.
- Click on the Save button.
To change the Application stage from Application Profile
- Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
- Search for the Application you want to change the Application Stage for via Application No, Email, Mobile, Transaction ID, Voucher Code, Name, or Discount Code.
- Click on the Registered Name, A new tab of the Application Details will open.
- You can see an option Application Stage, click on it,
- A pop-up titled Update Application opens, Select the required Application stage from the drop-down.
- If required, add the relevant note and the application follow-up date.
- Click on the Save button.
To Change the Application Stage in Bulk
Only the Counselor Manager, Staff, or Admin can mark the Application Stage in bulk for Applications.
- Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
- Search for the required applicants by selecting the form name and appropriate filters.
- Select the applications by selecting the checkbox to the left of the column heading Registered Name.
- By default, only the applications being shown on the page get selected, If the application stage of all the applications is to be changed, you can select them by clicking on Select all XXXX applications.
- Click the Action drop-down present above the applications table and select the option Change Application Stage. A pop-up will open.
- Select the required application stage from the drop-down present within the pop-up. Click Save to update the application stages.
