Introduction
User activity tracking is essential for understanding how individuals engage with assigned tasks. This information offers valuable insights into their interactions, improving efficiency and task management.
Pre-requisite
To proceed ahead, you would require access to Manage Users and View User Activity.
How to Check User Activity?
First, navigate to User Access Control and select User Activity
Ways to Review User Activity:
- Advanced Filters: Utilize default filters such as Date Range, User Role, User Name, Module Name, and Actions. After selecting the desired filters, they will appear in the filter panel. Refine criteria and click Search to display relevant data.
- Once you click on the search button, you will receive all the detailed records of every user like what all actions have been performed by the user in total. You can also download the complete report by clicking on the Download Activity button on the upper right side of the records.
