How to Add a Follow-Up?
There are multiple ways to add a follow-up through the Lead's Profile. Here's the first one:

Navigate to Leads Manager > Manage Leads.

Search for the lead you want to add Follow-Up for.

Click on the Registered Name.

A new tab named "Lead Details" will open.

On the top right side, second from the upper side a calendar icon will be visible "Add Follow Up".

A pop-up titled "Add Follow up" will open.

Select the required Lead owner's Name, Follow up Date along with a Note, if any.
NOTE : Lead owner's name and note is optional and lead owner's name can be used to add follow up for other lead owners also.

After updating the details, Click on the "Save" button.
Second Method :

Click on Registered name on the Lead manager.

A new tab named "Lead Details" will open.

On the left hand side you can see a label "Follow up & Notes".

Once you click on that, on the mid-right side a clock type icon named "Add Follow Up" will appear.

Once you click on the "Add Follow Up" a similar kind of pop-box will appear, where you need to mention the Lead owner's Name, Follow up Date along with a Note, if any.
NOTE : Lead owner's name and note is optional.

After adding the details, Click on the "Save" button.
Third Method

Navigate to Leads Manager > Manage Leads.

Search for the lead you want to add Follow-Up for.

Click on the Registered Name.

A new tab named "Lead Details" will open.

Just below the applicant name you can see an "Edit" option.

Click on the icon, a pop-box labeled "Change lead stage" will appear, where you need to mention the Lead Stage, Lead owner's name, follow up date along with a note, if any.
NOTE : Lead owner's name and note is optional.

After adding the details, Click on the "Save" button.
Fourth Method

Navigate to Leads Manager > Manage Leads.

Search for the lead you want to add Follow-Up for.

Click on the gear against each lead, just below the action button.

Few options will appear, click on the "Change Lead Stage"

Once you click on "Change Lead Stage", a pop-box labeled "Change lead stage" will appear.

You need to mention the Lead Stage, Lead owner's Name, Follow-up Date along with a Note, if any.
NOTE : Lead owner's name and note is optional.

After adding the details, Click on the "Save" button.
