Tracking First Lead Owner and Previous Lead Owner
We have the provision of lead ownership tracking and provide greater transparency in users contributions. The addition of First Lead Owner and Previous Lead Owner fields will address key challenges around lead attribution and reassignments, empowering teams to accurately track and reward counselor efforts.
Key Issues Addressed:
Attribution Tracking: With new fields for First and Previous Lead Owners, teams can now track the
journey of each lead more accurately, from the original owner to the latest reassignments. This
ensures that the efforts of counselors are properly recorded, even if leads are reassigned.
Reassignment History: Enhanced sorting and filtering options will allow users to trace lead
reassignments by specific counselors, providing a clearer history of lead ownership transitions.
Filtering by First and Previous Lead Owners: New filters will make it easier to analyze leads based on
previous ownership, giving valuable insight into past efforts and lead progression.
