Introduction
In today's fast-paced sales and marketing world, knowing how to upload a single lead can make a big difference in your success. Whether you're a business owner or a sales rep, mastering this skill is essential for keeping your lead management process smooth and efficient. Let's dive into the steps to upload a single lead, ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks.
To begin with, you may add leads to the system by providing:
1. Email ID and Mobile Number both.
2. Mobile Number alone.

- Navigate to Leads Manager > Manage Leads.
- On the top right corner, just beside the advanced filter, Click on "Import", and select Add Quick Lead.
- When accessing the Add Quick Lead feature, a pop-up will appear displaying the multiple sections(if available) for entering lead details.
- Mandatory fields are marked with asterisks (*) or bold labels on each section, ensuring visibility.
- Seamlessly navigate through multiple sections to enter lead details, course selection, and additional information. [If multiple sections are available in Quick lead form]
- Choose "Upload via Email."
- Choose "Form interested in" from the drop-down options (optional).
- Fill in the mandatory lead details like Name, Email Address, Mobile number, Country, State, and City.
- Fill in the Lead's Source, if known you can add the Medium and Campaign.
- In order to assign a lead to a lead owner, choose from the “Select if you want to assign lead directly to a counselor” drop-down (optional).
- Once everything is filled out, click the "Save" button.
- When you click the "Save" button, the system checks if you've filled in all the mandatory fields on the current section. If any mandatory fields are empty, they'll be highlighted with validation text so you know what needs to be filled out. [Only if the current section has mandatory fields]
If there are mandatory fields on other sections that you haven't filled out, the system will automatically take you to those sections so you can complete the required information. This helps ensure that you don't miss any important details when saving your lead.
