Introduction
Our system lets you simultaneously communicate emails/SMS to multiple leads. In this article, we'll look into how to send out bulk communication to the leads in the lead manager.
Steps to send bulk Email/SMS to leads

You can go to Leads Manager and access the Manage Leads section.

Utilize relevant filters in the Leads Manager to search for specific leads and gather more information about applying filters.

For example, If you intend to send communication to leads who have initiated a form, you can use the following filters:

Form Initiated>Equals>Yes

Form Initiated>Is not>Empty

Form Initiated>Contains>Yes

Mark the desired leads by clicking the checkbox next to their “Registered Name.”

Note: By default, only the leads being shown on the page get selected, to select all the leads you need to click on "Select all XXX leads".

Click on the three dots near the import button and choose "Communicate”.

A Pop-Up box named "Bulk Communication" will appear.

Within the pop-up box, select Bulk Email or Bulk SMS as the nature of communication by clicking on the Envelope or Mobile icon at the top left corner.

Specify the Campaign Name and Campaign Type:

Campaign Name: Enter the name of the campaign you wish to execute in the provided text field.

Campaign Type: Choose an appropriate option from the dropdown menu, which allows you to add specific campaign types for future use in both Email and SMS communications.

Note: The Campaign Details can be added while sending Emails and SMS.

For example, you have created a campaign called "Communication during Festivals" and specified the campaign types as "Diwali Wishes" or "Holi Wishes.”

Note: The next time you access the campaign type dropdown to send communication, the previously created campaign types, such as "Diwali Wishes" or "Holi Wishes," will be available for selection.

Select the appropriate recipients (To) and sender (From) from the available dropdown options.

Optionally, you can either type in the content or select a pre-existing template from the Select Template dropdown.

Note: If you cannot find a specific template, it is possible that either the template is not enabled or you have not been assigned access to it. Please verify the pool for which the template was created.

For example, the template you are searching for might be intended for leads, while the selected pool could be raw data or applicants.

Enter the Subject and the content, if applicable.

On the left side of the "Send Now" button, you will find five icons.

What each icon states:

You can preview the template selected or created.
-
You can schedule the communication you want to send.

You can send a test mail in order to check the sanity and the look of the mail.

You can add an attachment if required.
-
You can send recurring communication.
-

Once you have provided all the necessary information, proceed by selecting the "Send Now" option.
Steps to Schedule Bulk Email/SMS

If you wish to schedule the communication, simply click on the "timer icon" located at the bottom left of the "Send Now" button.

A pop-up window titled "Scheduled" will appear.

By clicking on the box beneath "Scheduled," a calendar pop-up will be displayed.

You can then select the desired time and date for triggering the communication.

Once you have chosen the appropriate time and date, click on "Save."
