Overview of Token Fee Management

Apart from the option to collect application/registration fee, NoPaperForms also enables Institutes with an option to collect Token Fee/1st Installment Fee. 

Note: Contact Ticket@nopaperforms.com to enable this option for your institute

 After completion of the shortlisting process, you can enable the option to pay Token Fee or 1st Installment along with Offer Letter on NoPaperForms Applicant Dashboard itself to confirm the enrollment status.

The applicant will get see an offer letter if enabled, and an option to make payment "Pay Token Fee"

Payment Checkout 

On clicking "Pay Token Fee", applicant will be redirected to the payment checkout page.

Payment response page

On click payment "Make Payment"  applicant will be redirected to the payment gateway page. On successful payment of token amount, the applicant will be redirected to payment response page.

[Options: you can also enable other payment methods like Cash at College Counter or POS System.]

Applicant will get an acknowledgement receipt, email and SMS notification immediately after making online payment. Default Templates for the same are shown below.

Admin View

Admin can view/track the status of token fee payment status in Application Manager; similar to Application Fee.

  1. Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Fees.  
  2. Filter the required form to view the details of token fee payment.
