- Can we download the offer letter from the Application Manager in bulk?
Yes. Use the filter payment status equals payment approved or application approved and then you will be allowed to download the documents in bulk.
- Will, a document in test mode be visible on the Applicant Dashboard?
No. Only the documents with the status of Active will be visible on the applicant dashboard.
- Permissions required to download the document from the Application Manager?
Ensure the institute user does not have permission to Download the Acknowledgement Receipt Only and they should have the following permission Allow bulk download of documents.
- I have used the payment status filter and the document is shown in the dashboard but still, I am unable to download the document in bulk.
If the same document is shown in the applicant dashboard using multiple triggers, you will not be allowed to download the document in bulk. Create different documents for different triggers in this case.
- Can we delete the unused document templates?
Yes. All templates where the status is Inactive can be deleted.
- Can we send the documents generated in the system like offer letters, and call letters via ERP to the institute?
No. Only the documents uploaded by the applicant can be sent via ERP integration.
