Prerequisites

The account must have enabled Echo as an add-on which is available for all plans.
Users should have the permission to access Echo.
Echo is configured for the account.
Canned templates are already added in the communication templates section.
Marketing and Utility templates are already added and approved in the communication templates section and are categorized correctly.
Sufficient marketing, service and utility credits are added to send templates.
