Introduction
Lead score is the numerical value given to leads based on various factors such as their engagement level, action, and interactions with your organization. It helps to prioritize leads by identifying those with the highest potential to convert into admissions. Higher lead scores indicate the leads that are more likely to convert into admissions, allowing users to prioritize their efforts on the most potential leads and increase conversion rates.
Where is the lead score displayed ?
1. The total lead score appears at the top of the lead details page, which you will find by clicking on the lead shown in the manage leads of lead manager module.
2. You can also find lead scores for each activity by clicking over the timeline on the lead details page.
Where to set up a lead score ?
1. To set the lead score, go to "Settings" > "CRM" > "Lead Score" in the system, where you find predefined parameters and you can assign scores based on how relevant each parameter is to your lead evaluation process.
2. You can also set up lead scores based on lead stages by navigating to "Settings" > "CRM" > "Lead Stage” > “ Lead stage and substage configuration" in the system. This helps you to assign different scores to leads depending on where they are in the conversion process.
What are the activities that impact the lead score?
Lead scoring is based on various activities, such as lead registration and verification, application activities, email activities, SMS activities, WhatsApp activities, other applicant activities, and telephony activities and lead stages.
What is lead strength ?
Lead Strength is the parameter that helps to compare the lead within the lead pool. It is the percentile given on the basis of lead score and the lead with highest score will have 100 percentile and rest of the leads follow on the basis of it.
How does lead strength help ?
It helps you to figure out which leads have the greatest potential in the lead pool and evaluate the user's effort in conversion.
Let us understand this better with an example
Assume two users, "X" and "Y," where x is assigned to leads with a lead percentile greater than 50% and y is assigned to leads with a lead percentile less than 50%. where both users have a conversion rate of 10%, it indicates that user "Y" is putting in more effort to convert than "X".
What is the significance of lead score and lead strength ?
These are some of the significances of lead score
