In today's fast-paced and ever-evolving market landscape, the quest for closing sales swiftly and successfully is paramount. We recognize the hurdles our sales team confronts daily. To get over this, we bring you Zing—our real-time notification engine designed to revolutionize the way your sales teams approach and close deals.

 

Enabling Zing

You can follow these steps to enable Zing for your account.

  1. Enable Permissions:
    To get started, ensure that the following two permissions associated with this feature are activated:
    • Zing View: Allows you to view your notification preferences.
    • Zing Edit: Enables you to edit your notification preferences.
  2. Access Zing Menu:
    After enabling these permissions, you will see the Zing Menu item. Clicking on it will redirect you to the Zing listing page, where you can view a list of notifications available to you.

On enabling the above-mentioned permissions, you will be able to see the Zing menu item. Clicking on it will redirect you to the Zing listing page where you can view and enable a whole list of notifications, for users such as yourself to receive push notifications on the Web as well as the Mobile application. These listed activities are based on the modules your organization has subscribed to.

Customizing Notifications

You can customize your notifications as follows:

  1. Enable Notifications:
    • Select the checkbox next to each listed activity for the desired channels (Web, Mobile App, Email).
    • Click on Save to activate them.
  2. Preview Messages:
    • View the content of the notification by clicking the Preview button next to the listed activity.

  3. Multi-Channel Support:
    • Web: Stay updated while working on the Meritto platform.
    • Android App: Get notified on the go with the mobile app.
    • Email: Ensure you never miss an update with notifications sent directly to your inbox.
  4. Click-to-Redirect:
    Clicking on a notification will redirect you to the relevant record for quick action.
  5. Access Past Notifications:
    View all previous notifications in the Notification Bell on Meritto Web.

Disabling Zing

The notifications can be separately disabled for Web and Android mobile applications by simply unchecking the checkbox next to the listed activity and clicking Save.

 

Note

For Email Notifications:

  • The required configuration for email delivery is already in place.
  • Sufficient email credits are available, ensuring uninterrupted notifications.
