Introduction
WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Click to Chat has been introduced in opportunity in the android mobile app. Users can now send personalized WhatsApp messages to their opportunities in order to convert them faster.
How to Use this Feature?
1. Open the android mobile app. Navigate to the Opportunity listing page inside an opportunity list.
2. On this page, against every opportunity, you will be able to see, "Send WhatsApp" button in the action icon.
3. This send WhatsApp icon will also be visible on the opportunity profile page.
4. On clicking, "Send WhatsApp" button, a window will open up wherein the user will see 2 radio buttons;
- WhatsApp Business
- WhatsApp Click to Chat
5. Please note that both of these buttons are derived from the permission given on the web. Therefore, in order for a user to see these buttons, he/she should have the required permissions.
6. Now, if a user clicks on Whatsapp Chat, then he will see the following options:
- Send To: In this field, selected opportunity's registered mobile number will come. This field will only has one value and a user cannot type in a random number in this.
- Select Template: In this field, a user can select all the templates that have been created on web.Once a template is selected then an "eye" icon will come against it. On clicking this icon, the preview of this template will be displayed.
- If the user does not want to select a template and wants to send his own personalized message, then the user can click on "+Create New Message" icon. On clicking this a text editor will open up, wherein a user can write any message he/she wants and can even insert lead and opportunity level tokens. The user can also preview this message by clicking on "eye" icon in editor box.
7. After creating the message, the user can click on "Send Now" and the whatsapp will open up wherein the concerned message will be displayed.
8. Now, let's say that the user has clicked on Whatsapp Business then he/she will be able to see the following options:
- Available Credits
- Available Daily Limit
- Send To: In this field, selected opportunity's registered mobile number will come. This field will only has one value and a user cannot type in a random number in this.
- WhatsApp National Sender: In this all those sender Ids will come which have been configured on the web under the national sender configuration tab. This field will be visible if the opportunity's registered mobile number is an Indian number.
- WhatsApp International Sender: In this all those sender Ids will come which have been configured on the web under the international sender configuration tab. This field will be visible if the opportunity's registered mobile number is an international number.
- Select Template: In this field, a user can select all the templates that have been created on web. Once a template is selected then an "eye" icon will come against it. On clicking this icon, the preview of this template will be displayed.
- Send Test: If a user clicks on this, then a pop-up will appear, which will ask the user to enter the mobile number on which the test WhatsApp needs to be send.
- Schedule WhatsApp: On the send now button, a "calendar icon" will be visible. On clicking this, a calendar window will open up which will ask the user to select the date and time at which WhatsApp needs to be scheduled.
- Send Now: User can click on this, if he/she wants to trigger the WhatsApp business message at this exact moment.
