Introduction
This feature will give more autonomy to the account to configure as per their requirement. Now users can change the email and mobile of the lead without verification is mandatory. This can be configured, while still keeping the verification flow on the Landing Page and Widget as it is.
Pre-requisites
The user must have permission for settings to configure the flow accordingly
Mobile Verification Flow Configuration
The User needs to access the settings to set up the OTP verification flow
How to Access:
- Click on "Settings."
- Select "CRM."
- Navigate to "Lead Flow."
- Open "Lead Verification Settings."
In case the "Enable OTP Verification" configuration is disabled, the system will not ask for any OTP from the user or lead while the mobile number is being added or changed.
Once "Enable OTP verification" has been enabled, the system will open the configuration to set the OTP verification in the system.
No. of Digits in OTP: This will help the user to decide OTP digits ranging from 4 to 8 as per the security.
Bypass OTP for International numbers: If you enable this configuration, any user or lead changing their mobile number to an International number will be able to change the number without OTP
Disable OTP Verification for the user: In case the account wants to keep the OTP verification enabled for the Lead but would allow their user to be able to change the mobile from their panel without any OTP, you can enable this configuration.
Email Verification Flow Configuration
The User needs to access the settings to set up the email verification flow.
How to Access:
- Click on "Settings."
- Choose "Application Settings."
- Navigate to "Login/Verification Settings."
- Open "Applicant Verification Settings."
Disable Email Verification for the user: If any account enables this configuration, then their user will be able to change the email of the lead without getting the email verified.
