Quick View allows users to personalize their Lead Manager and Application Manager by customizing columns and filters according to their preferences. Additionally, users can easily share these customized views with others. Let's explore how this feature works!
1. The user must have access to Lead Manager and Application Manager.
2. The user must have permission to "Share Views" in case the user wants to share any created view with any other user.
- Save View: Users can save their desired view configurations, including columns and filters, by clicking on the "Save View" icon placed next to Quick View. This helps in quickly accessing the preferred view for daily tasks.
- Seamless View Switching: Users can create multiple views and easily switch between them. By clicking on the desired view from the dropdown menu, users can instantly switch to a different saved view or set a default view for easy access upon logging in.
- Share Your View: Users have the option to share their customized views with other users. By clicking on the "share" icon in the My Views dropdown list, users can select specific users to share the view with. They can even choose to set the shared view as the default view for the selected users.
- Set Default View: Users can set a specific view as their default, which means that each time they log into their account, this particular view will be displayed in the Lead Manager and/or Application Manager.
