Introduction
The Meritto report builder provides the capability to its clients to build their custom reports on telephony data.
In this option of building reports on telephony, data can be accessed from the report builder itself by choosing the telephony option that is shown by clicking on the create button as can be seen below.
On Choosing the telephony option from here the users would land in the report builder where they can use any Lead or telephony field to build any kind of custom report.
The Users can use these fields in Metrics and create any number of custom metrics, Or use them as values in Rows or Columns and also use these fields to filter out their data.
Building Custom Metrics
Custom metrics on telephony fields can be built in the same way as in the other report types by simply clicking on the Create button present in the metrics pop-up.
Similar to other report types the users can choose the particular filters they want to apply, name the metric, and then add it to the report.
Adding Telephony fields in Rows and Columns
Telephony fields can be added to rows and columns by clicking on the add option present inside both the rows and columns.
The users can select the field they want from the pop-up and add the particular field to the row or column.
The report would be rendered with the selected Rows and columns and would show the data depending on the metric selected. The users can also select a mix of Lead and telephony fields in the rows and columns, thereby generating reports on the number of telephony calls depending upon any data point related to that lead or the selected leads.
A maximum of 3 fields can be added in Rows and 3 fields can be added in columns at one given point.
Filtering the Data
After creating the favored report, the users can also use these fields to apply the respective filter to the data being generated.
The filters can be added by simply clicking on the add button and selecting the fields by selecting them from the Pop Up.
The filters selected here would start showing up in the filter box and the users can click on these fields and select the values they want to see in the report.
These added filters would also be available in the workspace and the dashboards created.
