Feature Overview
The Offline Source Tags feature allows users to track offline uploaded leads with customized source, medium, and campaign tags. By assigning specific tags during offline uploads, users gain comprehensive insights into their lead traffic and can better analyze the lead-to-conversion ratio based on the source of each lead.

How to Navigate?
1. Settings > CRM > Campaign Settings > Offline Tags
Enable Custom Campaign
Once you enable the custom campaign, it will start showing you the option to add your own Source Tag, Medium Tag & Campaign tag.
Incase a custom campaign is not enabled, the user can add the lead without the source or as free text. However, if the configuration gets enabled user has to choose the source, medium & campaign only from the added values.
This can be done independently and dependently.
All the added sources, mediums, and campaigns will start reflecting in the Add Quick lead as a dropdown and can be chosen while creating the lead.
In the case of independent tags, the user can select any source, medium, and campaign while creating the lead.
However, in the case of dependent users will see a medium depending on the selected source and the same goes on for the campaign i.e. dependent on the medium.
