Introduction
Introducing Opportunity Management which will empower the users to capture the multiple interests of a lead and channel their potential to the fullest. Users will be able to up-sell and cross-sell on the basis of the lead’s interest.
Opportunity Management will enable the Ed-Tech, Coaching & Training Institute, Online Degree Programmes, Playschool & Pre-School Businesses.
This will enable the users to capture multiple opportunities (Courses, programs, Classes, short-term & Long Term Courses) against a single lead.
Use Case - A Candidate can show interest in Beginner’s Excel and Data Science Courses at the same time on a portal. Opportunity Management will be able to capture both Opportunities separately on the basis of dynamic logic curated as per the requirement. Each Opportunity can be allocated to nurture and mark status against it separately.

How to Navigate?
Once you have the adequate permissions on your account you will be able to navigate to the Opportunity list page.

How to Setup Opportunity for your account?
Setting up an opportunity is a 3 step easy process. You can click on the create button to start the opportunity creation.
Step 1 - Defining your Opportunity name
Define your opportunity list’s title for easy identification. This will help you segregate your opportunities in bucket (read opportunity list).
Once you have decided the title you can move forward by clicking on “Save & Next”. You can edit the title anytime in future by editing it.
Step 2 - Opportunity Field creation
Second step will help you create customized fields as required for that particular opportunity list. These fields will be visible on the opportunity profile for you to manage your nurturing process.
You can click on “Add New Field” button to create a new field. You can choose the field type as per your business need.
Step 3 - Opportunity Logic
In the next and final step, you can define the logic as per your business needs. Your opportunities will fall under this opportunity list where in this logic is met at the lead level.
In this scenario, we wanted all the leads showing interest in JEE should create opportunities under the opportunity list of ‘JEE’.
You can add multiple conditions for your opportunity logic upto 5 conditions. Any opportunity will be created once the lead meets all the criteria of the defined logic.
Once you have completed the 3 step process you are good to enable the opportunity list to be able to start working on it.
Things to keep in mind
- You can add one multi-select field in your logic at a time.
- You will be able to create the logic using Registration fields here (Dropdown & Text Type field)
Activate Opportunity List
Created opportunity list will be Inactive by default. No opportunity will be created when the list is in Inactive status.
To enable the opportunity click on the Action and click on “Change Status”. Once the opportunity list has been activated for the first time, System will check the created logic within the already existing list to create opportunities automatically.
Note: This activity of creating opportunity on the basis of logic will only happen for the first time when the logic has been created. Any change in the logic in future will reflect the opportunity condition from the time logic has been changed and has no affect on the previous opportunity.
This will help you keep the previously nurtured opportunities in the same manner with no affect on your previous efforts.
In the same manner you can create multiple opportunity list as per your business requirement and enable it simultaneously.
Access Opportunity
Once the opportunity list has been activated, you would see the hyperlink on the title. Clicking the same would redirect you to the opportunities created as per your logic.
